Initiate Return Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit an RMA request for your specific Segway model.
Pack with Care
Securely pack your device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all chargers, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the unit upon arrival; once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
